Inside Us
Globodynamics in the inner world
Outer change sends our inner worlds into a spin
We are interwoven with our outside world. Our inner transformation is just as profound as the outer. Within this lie unimagined possibilities, but the evolution of human consciousness – this fundamental transformation – is not something that just happens to us.
It does not occur on its own; it requires attention and readiness (our involvement) – at least until a critical mass is reached.
The door to the future opens inward. The capacity to observe our own mental and emotional processes is uniquely human.
We can use it to know ourselves better and to experience our deeper, connected nature.
“As Above, So Below. As Within, So Without.”
The conventional explanation is that it somehow emerged through evolution. Yet, to this day, no Nobel laureate can explain how. Nothing in the brain points to the actual existence of consciousness.
The deeper approach is: Consciousness is fundamental. It is the deepest layer of reality in the universe. In any case, consciousness is an integrative process—one that has the power to connect us with everyone else.
Presence & Mindfulness: Grounding yourself in the here and now.
Self-Inquiry: Who am I truly, beyond my roles?
Emotional Sovereignty: Developing mastery over your emotional landscape.
Embodiment: Living fully within the wisdom of the body.
Spiritual Practice(s): Yoga, Tai Chi, Breathwork, and beyond.
Look inward: It is crucial to direct your gaze in the right direction. All self-optimization will fulfil nothing in the long run if we fail to recognize how interconnected we are. We have achieved little if we do not also make a contribution to the situation of everyone.
With everything you say or do, ask yourself: “Is this to make things better for everyone, or is it only for me?” – That’s enough!
